We are based in Cumbria but available throughout the Northwest. The fixed fee includes travel expenses for all events within Cumbria. Unfortunately, we do have to charge a small fee for travel outside of Cumbria to cover additional travel expenses.
As much notice as possible is best but we understand some events can be last minute. In this case, we ask for at least 2 weeks notice to allow us enough time for preparation. However, it is best to contact us regardless as we may be able to accommodate a shorter notice period.
Average time is 1 to 2 hours depending on the size of the event. This may slightly increase if there are any additional amendments requested eg decoration to the bar area.
We do require power at each event to run our equipment.
No. We provide a minimum of two fully trained, well presented staff members to each event. The majority of our staff members have a connection to the bar so are 100% reliable.
Any extra staff required, will incur a small charge to cover the cost.
In Summer, our staff wear a long sleeve Navy polo shirt (logo on the back) and in Winter, the same polo with a gilet if necessary.
We can provide the option of Navy shirts if more suitable.
We love a good event. However, we will be guided by local licensing & venue restrictions which will be discussed well ahead of the event.
Yes. We have the necessary licences in place which are available at all events. We can also operate on non-licenced premises, this does require a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) so we will need sufficient notice from our customer to enable this.
